Application hosting, routine backups and ordinary maintenance are included in the $199 monthly service.
Integrations, extensive template changes, legal review, printing and postage are separate. Usage limits and any overages are agreed before payment.

The $500 pilot fee is credited toward the agreed $1,250 starter setup, leaving $750 in setup charges. Monthly service starts at the agreed full launch.
Pilots begin after the core product is ready. Their 30 active days begin when your agreed workspace is ready to use. No separate monthly care charge during the pilot. Your specific start date is agreed after the scope review.
