Personal Finance Tracker

“I keep up with my bills and usually pay everything on time, but I have trouble seeing the whole picture. I want an app that lets me enter my current balances, upcoming paychecks, recurring bills, debts, credit cards, savings goals, and regular spending in one organized place.

I would like all of my information stored privately in my own cloud-based Google Sheet, with the app drawing from that sheet and presenting the results in a much simpler, more user-friendly way. I want to open the app and immediately see what money is available, which bills are due before my next paycheck, how much I should set aside, and what amount is reasonably safe to spend.

The app should be centered around my pay schedule. It should show where each paycheck is expected to go, carry shortfalls forward when there isn’t enough money, account for partial payments, and explain which bills should receive priority. I would also like to record payments, transfers, income, and spending so the plan stays current.

I want the app to include what-if tools so I can see what might happen if a bill changes, income is delayed, or I make an extra debt payment. It should be easy to use on my phone, protect my privacy, never require bank passwords or direct bank access, and keep my financial records in my own Google account rather than in a company-owned database.”

Desert Parcel

“I’m looking for properties to buy in Arizona, including homes, land, and commercial buildings that may not be listed on the MLS. When I find an address, I want to learn more about the property before I reach out to the owner.

I’d like a simple tool where I can enter an address and see the parcel ID, available public property details, deed information, and the owner or official contact information when it is publicly available. I also want to be able to save properties that interest me so I can compare them and follow up later.

Could you build something that makes this research faster and easier, especially for properties in Pima, Pinal, and Cochise Counties?”

Private STL Catalog

“We have a large collection of 3D models stored across our computer and cloud drives—thousands of files with many different products and variations. The challenge is presenting these options to customers in a clear, organized way without exposing the actual STL files, internal folders, or the resources used to produce them.

We would like a customer-facing catalog app that displays product images, model names, descriptions, categories, and basic details. Customers should be able to browse and search the available options easily from a phone or computer, while the original files remain private and accessible only to us.

The app should also let customers submit a request for a specific model or product. Each request should include their contact information and selected item, then notify us so we can review the request, discuss pricing or details, and decide what to print.

Because the catalog may contain thousands of items, it should be designed to load efficiently, remain easy to navigate, and provide a polished experience without requiring customers to understand file storage, 3D-printing software, or technical terminology.”
